Harvest Moon

manoomin
Thanks to Brother leechbait for hooking me up with some rice. This is the real deal, not that paddy rice shit you find in the stores. Manoomin.

Manoomin, or “good berry”, is a sacred food to the Anishinaabeg, a gift given from the Creator, and is a centerpiece of the nutrition and sustenance for the community. Wild Rice is currently under threat of genetically engineered strains of rice potentially being introduced into the wild. Support efforts to save wild rice from becoming genetically engineered.
