At the mercy of Chapter 13, a certain big box retailer was unloading their fly tying inventory at %90 off before slamming the doors for good this week [I won't tell you which one, but you can probably figure out who]. Caught up in a mad frenzy of bargain hunting excitement, Mrs. Roughfisher came home with a bounty worthy of those goddamned Somali pirates. Total cost of that booty before tax? $6.25
