That is a very nice C. commersoni. And in prime reproductive condition no doubt (tubercles are well developed on the anal and caudal fins). When do they typically spawn up your way?
Thanks Mark. I've caught a lot nicer white sucker specimens in full spawning regalia but didn't get much in the way of photos. I'll try and do a better job documenting that this year.
In streams they will typically spawn in Mid to late April around here. In lakes, the spawn can run well into mid May.
