Took the kids to the zoo today and all I could think about was how to get away with nabbing a few peacock swords, as well as some bison, camel, and dall sheep fur. I think I have a disease....
I went so far as to ask a keeper at our local zoo and they said it was illegal to own or sell some of the fallen feathers in their exhibits. When asked what they do with them, they said: "Oh, we just throw them away...." *sighs*
