Take the $20 million and however much it would cost to execute the plan and put a $5 bounty on them. This would start thinning them out immediately instead of letting them continue to populate while trying to figure out if poison is such a good idea. This could also put some folks to work. It obviously sounds too simple to fit a government vision of how to accomplish things, but I don't think is that far fetched.Jeff Frye, Lawrence, KSnoreply@blogger.com
